Snap-Tite Lining System

CPI is the leader in retrofit lining of Highway Culverts. We did the first reline job under I-64 in Dubois County for the Indiana D.O.T. in 1997. CPI worked with a small contractor to push 450 feet of 42" diameter Snap Tite Polyethylene pipe through a 48" diameter C.M.P. pipe that the bottom had rusted. The new pipe was pushed through the old and the space between the two pipes was grouted thus saving the Indiana D.O.T. millions of dollars that would have been spent cutting and then rebuilding the four lanes of Interstate. Since that time thousands of feet of high density polyethylene pipe has been put under highways all over the U.S.

CPI is the leader not only in furnishing slip line pipe but we are also working with Indiana D.O.T. in training their design engineers as well as their inspection people to insure proper installations.

Snap-Tite liner is available in round sizes of 8" diameter to 120" diameter and ovaled sizes of 24" diameter to 63" diameter. CPI has people trained to help you size your slip line needs just contact us for help.
